I like the glasses but the learning curve is high and the mirroring with my laptop or phone was very cumbersome. The only option INMO offered was a Chinese based app. I did finally get my laptop to connect through google remote connect but not able to get the multiple screens and would be pointless anyways with having to use that tiny ring you have to purchase. Still trying to figure out how to get the big screen projection for movie watching that they advertise.

Customer service took a bit to get back to me about my order but that turned out to my benefit they quickly helped me update my incorrect shipping address. And they managed to come before i moved.

The plastic holder was not compatible with the lenses.

I have a Samsung Folder 7 and it doesn't connect to my phone.

The company sent me glasses intended for the Asian market, even though I had ordered the global version. I had serious issues with the glasses and was treated very poorly—hence this rating—as I had no way to properly check the product.

I'm waiting for 50USD discount full color binocular version of glasses.

I love the inmo air glasses..just the ring its not good at all tge only thing u got to improve its battery life...its so poor....just 30 min of use....i use a external battery but it would be great at least 2 hous

I didn't have an experience with Inmo as I didn't buy the glasses because I didn't get the offer that I paid for

From product to customer service, INMO has been FANTASTIC! Not only did they keep their end of the bargain but they also found ways to accommodate edge case scenarios in good faith. They've definitely earned my patronage moving forward. My only hope is they stay punk-rock instead of becoming some corporate behemoth. Awesome company, awesome team!

I love the glasses it does everything I need it to do. The customer service is next to horrible. When you do get a response, it is great, but it takes forever to get one. I am still waiting for a response on how to mirror screen my phone to the glasses. It has been a week. I have a close to new phone but there are no videos or instructions how to mirror the phone or any device if it doesn't recognize it.

Just need to know how I use the discount. When I pledge it is the regular pricing.
