This was my first time making a purchase with Uoozee, and it was not that great in regards to customer service, well the lack of it. I sent an email regarding my purchase and did not get reply back until I told them that I would be contacting my bank; some of the items, well most of the items needed to be returned, they were not true to size. Once I made that statement, they reached out, however, it was still a delayed process.

One blouse too small (returning) but waiting for another order in case it doesn’t. Overall items are pretty but sizes differ per item. Nonetheless I will order again.
