I contacted the company's official email to request an exchange for both pairs of shoes; however, I have not received a response. I also attempted to reach customer service by phone, but the voicemail inbox is full. Could you please advise on the process to exchange these shoes for a half size smaller? The boxes received did not include any additional information, and there is no accessible contact method for the company. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Terrible terrible customer service and the website was unclear about the boot being a men's or women's. Don't order from this company!

I received my order within the expected time frame. The item was as advertised and in good condition. Allsportswearusa was helpful to initiate the return process due to the boots being a little oversized...... I had to give 3 stars as opposed a 4 or 5 star experience because the return process is a little aggravating. All in all, its been almost 3 weeks since my returned item was received at their location and I still have not received a refund. After a few emails, I finally get a 2 word response, "refund issued." But as of now, my account still has not been credited. A new email today informed today that it may take 10 more business days. That will be over a month since I shipped the item back to them. And I noticed the item was relisted on their website 2 days after receiving it. It was out of stock after my order shipped. If the shoes would have fit, none of this would have happened..... so just a word of advice, be confident your items will fit prior to ordering, because who knows when you will get your money back...

Boots are cute and arrived quickly but totally wrong size. The shoes I got would fit a baby. I need shoes that fit a 6 year old. Very disappointed. Need to return because I can’t exchange. :(
