If I could give a zero I would! I placed my order on November 21, 2025 at 11:47 pm EST. As of today December 10th 2025 at 6:30 pm EST I still have not had my order shipped. I have emailed customer service 2 times since then with zero response. Once on December 1st 2025 at 1:43 pm EST and the second email was sent on December 8th 2025 at 5:15 pm EST. I bought this for my daughter's for Christmas and have zero faith that this will arrive in time, so I will go through PayPal to get this addres
