Gross colours, cheap product sold for top dollar!

I keep getting emails asking me how my product is but I still haven’t received it.

Ordered about a month ago and haven't received shipping notice. BUT I am receiving daily emails requesting a product review...so, here you go! Can't recommend.

Product was never delivered. No response from customer service.

Incredibly long shipping time. Ordered weeks ago and still don’t have a product in hand. Communication (until the “rate our product” email) from the company has been non-existent. Probably a scam.

Put it in my review. This did not arrive. The tracking number was bogus with no info given. I contacted customer service twice with no response. I want a refund, the birthday I ordered this for is Thursday and now I’m stuck buying something else. Total scam.

Here is the English translation: ⸻ Very disappointed with the service. There is absolutely no customer support — the company never responds despite multiple attempts to contact them. The chosen carrier is completely unreliable. I still haven’t received my order, even a month after it cleared customs. No answers, no follow-up. Money lost and no support at all.

False advertising

Never received my order from several weeks ago, or any shipping information. I’ve emailed them and have gotten no response.

You have to send the product after receiving the funds... thats how it works

As per my other review this is just to stop hassle e mails I have no idea how these go as they are a Christmas present
