Good customer support

Shopping was fine, shipping was a bit long.

They shipped my printer to a different country, but customer support and info was good, and in the end everything goes well, even with a delay in the shopping time of about a week or so.

Hopefully Uniformation learns from this failed launch for future product launches.

QC needs to be sorted

plugged it in made sure it was leveled then printed a one page rules mini and come out amazingly good with 0 setting changes. So with out knowing anything it just worked out the box.

Overall very good with the exception of being sent euro power cords despite the machines being rated for 220v. Surely wouldn’t be that hard to supply the right adapter for the country

Unusable for weeks now!

There have been some issues from the beginning of the shipments of the GK3 Ultra and the inability to begin printing due to technical issues and the lack of resin that was with the pre-order, but I am working with the UniFormation Support Team to resolve the issues. I am happy to change this review to a 4/5-star once I receive everything for the fix, items of the pre-order, and completed some prints. I appreciate all the help so far from Uniformation and I hope the best for you all!

So far, the Uniformation printer has been impressive! While print quality and user experience are critical for any printer, this model stands out, especially when compared to the much pricier Formlabs printers I've used in the past. The Uniformation offers comparable (if not superior) features at a more affordable price point. Currently, I'm using Anycubic Tough Ultra resin with an exposure time of 2.48 seconds. Although this resin's high flexibility makes it somewhat challenging to support, it yields perfect prints with the right setup. I've encountered a minor issue with the Wash 3 Ultra; the print bed doesn't rotate fully, which I hope will be resolved soon as I await a response from customer support. Despite this hiccup, I highly recommend the Uniformation printer, along with its curing and wash stations. They truly deliver a user-friendly experience

Easy online store experience.

FedEx really screwed things up for me. Mia in their Facebook page was a huge help in getting the printer to me finally. The support staff behind her could do better when FedEx inevitably screws stuff up. Maybe changing shippers would improve the overall experience.

No experience since I couldn't use it yet due to issues like misalignment of the build plate.

I was an early adopter during the pre-sales the 24th of July. Was a little long to wait for the machine that arrived not at the end of September but 6 weeks later. No big deal for me.

One big mess is this order. Everyone is only human. I hope Uniformation will work on better customer experience.

Easy and smooth except for a coupon code didn't work

Inexistant communication (just a few message on social media but for those not following uniformation on Facebook for example I can’t imagine the frustration.

Super delayed shipping compared to their initial shipping promise. Lied to me directly saying they never said a late September shipping time. Not responsive with resolution of damaged printers arriving. Very frustrating.
