At first I ordered a size that ended up being too small for me. I was able to exchange it but (per my fault) didnt realize I had to pay the shipping to send the life vest back. Again, my fault for not reading up about what would happen if I had to return or exchange. Regardless, the help team through email was very responsive and I ended up with the correct size in the end.
