The worst online business transaction i have ever had, & i mean worst EVER HAD. We are at three weeks & my product hasn't arrived nor will the customer service pick up the phone & call me to get this debacle resolved. As of today the shipment is still stuck at SpeedX where someone has clearly pilfered the Eagle Rare. Multiple calls & emails to customer service to be told we are looking into it. Better idea "Quality" replace it, expedite the shipment and have someone go over to SpeedX & say WTF
