Shipping was fast.

Excellent quality

The packaging was good keeping the cookies fresh. I have not tasted the pound cake yet. One cheat at a time.

The only thing I worry about is if it’s delivered and it’s really warm outside and I’m not home. I just wondered if shipping the desserts with some sort of ice pack would be helpful.

I need to know how to cancel the automatic shipping as I am not home during the summer months. How can I change the flavor sent? I would love to try your other products and not limit myself to lemon blueberry.

I got many many texts and emails about this purchase. That is MUCH better than getting too few communications for a purchase, but still it was slightly annoying.

the bread came when they said it would and was very fresh

Packed really well. Banana Pound Cake was amazing. Amaretto was great. Lemon-Raspberry was terribly undercooked. The couple of pieces I sliced completely fell apart in a mush and I molded like play dough and baked until it would at least hold together. I also liked the brownies. Cookies were awful and tasted like they had been baked with swerve. They were not like cookies at all—more like muffin tops and were crumbling to pieces. They were free but I would not want them again even free

This arrived eight days after ordering. Maybe that affected its taste? Was disappointed there was not a strong cinnamon flavor.

Shopping experience was great. Only 3 stars because when the product arrived it was hot due to the way it was packaged and the fact that it was 90+ degrees in Texas. Would suggest dry ice and an insulated box when shipping to southern states March-October.

I ordered some new varieties and I’m trying to let them not get eaten up so quickly so I did try the cinnamon roll bread and also the brownies OMG those are so good. I actually heat up the brownie put it in a bowl and then I have my keto ice cream that I put on top and then I have the chocolate sauce that’s keto friendly and then whipped cream and I’m set. It’s so good but I’m trying to let them last so I don’t eat them very often.
