My UPS delivery was scheduled "out for delivery" on Friday before Labor Day -- but was rescheduled for the following TUESDAY. When cakes and cookies arrived, they really suffered from the extra days in the high heat and humidity. I put 2 loaves in the freezer, and the first loaf I tried upon delivery really got better after being in the fridge for a day. I don't know if better sealed containers would have helped? I blame UPS timing. PLEASE keep offering GF options -- we need them!
