Last update was over a week ago, when the item showed as out for delivery in Chicago…was supposed to be delivered in West Virginia. There has been no update in over a week. Comms could be better and more explicit around how long the items would take to arrive, and the tracking was completely off. On the day I sent an email to try and find out how long the items would be as the Shop app was showing them in the middle of the USA, they arrived. Took just over a week from order to get here which isn’t too bad in the great scheme of things but to be given an indication prior to order would have been useful.
