Product came broken and bent, and sound quality not so great.

The drum did not arrive on time and was shipped all over until it finally arrived. The customer service, however, was wonderful. My emails were always answered very quickly and kindly and the agents were able to keep us informed as it was shipped. I do know shipping is difficult in general at this time.

Love the drum and customer service at least responded to my questions. The website and materials could be much clearer !!

Customer service does get back to you and helps to the best of their ability. I would love to have them create step by step instructions and a video. I don't do things like cell phone zoom in of codes which seems to be the way most info is available.

I purchased one mini panda drum. A couple of days later received another one but I did not pay for. I suggested to the company I pay half the cost to keep it they agreed.

Website was easy to use and the price was what you'd pay anywhere so I'd rather go to the Panda drum site directly than trying to get a Panda drum from some other seller.

Easy to order and shipment came fairly quickly.

It has been amazing! The mini actually didn’t come with our order at first and I contacted Customerservice, they got back to me immediately and then continued on with solving the issue of the missing mini until it was resolved. It took about a week to get shipped to me. They followed it all the way through and let us know when it was shipped and made sure the day that was delivered that we actually received it!

I liked all the options, sizes & colors to choose from and the sale price as well.

It ships from China, when I opened the tracking email most of what appeared was scam in Chinese . Took a few weeks to arrive , stupidly I thought it ships from the U.S,

It took a little longer than expected but worth the wait.

Although it took a little while to get here, I was able to track the shipment so I knew when it would arrive.

The shopping worke very well! only issue is the too small of print in the song book! I needed to buy the woven wrap for the drum extra. I was thinking one would have come with it since it was a pro.
