It’s okay. Like your quick responses to emails. Still waiting for the CD that I ordered. Second set of drumsticks with felt tips is not good. Thought I was getting the same as came with the drum. You should specify that they are different.

There were conflicting responses from Panda Drum concerning shipping/not shipping to Alaska. The final answer, after much back and forth, was that Panda just will not ship to Alaska, so I gave up and started shopping for another brand. Then, I got a call from Panda and the associate made it happen for me. I'm sure glad she did! Here where I live, we are on the main road system, have a regular post office, a UPS store, and we are used to paying extra for shipping. So get it together! 1
