My Panda Drum Pro arrived quickly and looked and felt as it was represented online. I didn't love the "hard sell" of extra things when I was purchasing. When someone is making an investment in something like the Panda Drum Pro which is a pretty high price point, include some of those extras. Don't nickel and dime customers with all those "extra offers" that need to be declined. It cheapens the experience and feels pedestrian.
