Box received significantly damaged. This was poorly packaged for international shipping. After Surplus Fun (SF) told me, "I could return it at my own expense" I made a fuss and they said, "“If the shipping damage affects your build or prevents you from successfully finishing it, we will happily arrange a brand-new replacement “ It seems the model is buildable but considering how badly damaged the box was it is nothing but pure luck.
