The sofa arrived late, and I had to pay €368.39 in customs duties. The company promised a refund, but it never arrived. They ask you to contact them on WhatsApp and pretend to send the money quickly. Their deceptive customer service has made me regret choosing this brand. Terrible value for money.

It was good but the shipping info was a bit confusing and it was hard to know the steps of the process from when you buy it to when you receive the product.
