I had a really disappointing experience with this company. The hair color itself didn’t meet my expectations, but what made it worse was the complete lack of customer support. I tried multiple times to get in touch with someone regarding my order and a possible exchange, but I was never able to reach a real person. There was no clear way to resolve the issue, and I felt completely stuck.
Customer service is just as important as the product, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on both.
