Experienced technical glitches with the ordering process, but Mei was responsive and resolved the issues. My items were beautifully packaged, ready for gift giving, and the tiny foods were absolutely perfect. My only complaint is that one of the necklace chains broke after the first use, and I had to fix it (seems ok now), and my daughter's ring fell apart, so I have to super glue it. While customer service and the tiny foods themselves are worthy of 5 stars, jewelry quality is questionable.
