There was an issue with the shipping company. Savary showed just kind of company they are. Once I contacted them and shared my experience with copies of the switched shipping label and the actual delivery caught on my security camera. They immediately processed a reshipment of my order and dealt with the delivery company so I didn’t have to. They were very understanding. Also kept me informed as my replacement order was processed. I’d give 10 stars for customer service if I could.
