They intentionally sent me a ring that was 2 sizes too big and when I reached out, no real solution was provided. I reached out again and have never received a response to resolve the issue. Sending the wrong size right just because I got it on sale is no excuse! I would have preferred they would have e told me they were sold out of what I actually ordered.
