I received the pendant and I like it very much.
I did not receive the Phurba, but a few earrings instead.
I mentioned it to your customer service and was asked to send back the parcel.
The entailed cost would be "deduced from any future sending".
No mention of when I will receive the phurba and no mention of direct reimbursement to my credit card.
I am very disappointed; I did not expect this kind of disagreement associated with the kind of products you sell.
