Only gave 4 stars because getting to the online orders proves difficult for me, I mean I get to my account very easy but when I click on orders or manage subscription it is always a hit or miss if it actually takes me there but when it actually does take me to the page where I can change my order or add to it it’s great and easy to do.

Ordering on the site is easy until you get signed up for a subscription that you can’t proceed without. Then your website is trash and cancelling the subscription is a giant pain in the ass and the site glitches frequently. Returning products is a pain too bc you have to take a picture if every single packet to prove it’s unopened. Marketing is great but that’s about it
