When I ordered protein packets, there was an offer for free chocolate cupcake mix. When my order arrived without the freebie, customer service was AMAZING. They had run out of chocolate but substituted vanilla, which I will honestly add cocoa powder to, & stil delish!!! I appreciate good customer service!!
