The tool is great, but it's very concerning that the unit DOES NOT say "110-240 v" as advertised on the website, rather it says "125v". I've been assured by customer service that this will be safe abroad, but I'm nervous nonetheless. If customer service is mistaken, that means I'll be without any styling unit for the entirety of my next trip, and the last thing I'd want to do is lug around a broken unit to send back to the company as proof.
