I felt like the communication was lacking - I’d send references for exactly how the character should look, and didnt feel like the versions I was sent really reflected that. I had to conclude that the artist had probably taken on a ton of work and just couldn’t give the attention to each project. It was really disappointing, especially after reading the testimonials. I felt like I had failed somehow in spite of describing the character in great detail.

Information on the creating process is not easy to find, reviews complaining about the use of AI need to be searched for and when I brought up my dislike of the situation, they refused to give me a refund.
