Very unhappy with the customer service from this company, so unprofessional when I emailed photos to inform them of a faulty ‘£300’ stool that has a completely bent back rest after not even a week of use…their responses were disgraceful and they weren’t willing to rectify this issue whatsoever they just told me to purchase another back rest therefore receiving even more money on top of the £300 I had already spent plus the £220 I had spent on the arm rest. Would not recommend at all!
