The order I submitted was suppose to contain a package of the peanut butter sweet potato treats but was missing. I received a double of the sweet potato. When I contacted the company, the customer service dept answered me right away. They apologized and said they would ship out the peanut butter ones missing asap, free shipping, no cost to me. I was impressed by their owning up to this mistake, and letting me know that they were going to rectify this promptly & generously; repeat customer here!
