Site was difficult to manipulate so I had the toy sent to myself. It arrived after such a long time that I had to pay extra postage to send it on to my grandson. Customer service was not available when they said they would be and then they were not helpful. This toy arrived with a smashed box on one corner because it was in a flimsy box with one sheet of bubble wrap. We mailed it on properly to our grandson , but he and his father couldn’t get it to work at all after charging battery. Refund ple
