Shopping was easy, but the shipping was so slow and expensive. My 1 bottle of wine traveled for 3 days all over Ohio and I needed to be present to accept? Do you know how difficult it is to take off work for 3 days so you can wait all day and then get notification that you are delayed another day! I really really want to order a case of this wine, but just can"t stand the stress and loss of wage due to shipping concerns. To bad you are not in stores more local. The cab is really good!

The order took longer to arrive than was originally projected. The wine does not taste good.

It was good. I was nervous because the mailing date changed and I was not going to be in town. But my neighbor was able to get the package.

This is not going to satisfy the need for a non-alcohol wine that provides the same kind of taste experience as an alcohol wine.

I haven’t had the white yet. Looking forward to it.

Shipping is pricing and took quite a while. I also needed to unsubscribe to your emails. You have sent me about 20 emails since my first purchase a few weeks ago - too much. Good luck, I think this product has a good market chance with kinks worked out. I haven't tried the red yet.

I wish I could return the additional bottles I bought. The taste is exceptionally bad.

You need to be more transparent on your return policy and make it more visible when ordering.

Very disappointed. Nothing wine like about the taste

The whites both tasted pretty smooth. The reds, after an initial tangy or sour taste, had no flavor - neither the red blend nor the Cabernet Sauvignon (which should be a bit sweeter). Will NOT order either red wine again.

Packaging was well done and order delivery was timely.

The white we had was much better than the red. Not uncommon among all the NA wines we have tried.
