No problems, ordering and delivery was excellent

When I placed the order didn’t give me a spot to pop a message The delay to my email was not great

Problems began immediately after we placed orders for two deliveries in December - but only received confirmation of one. I've tried to call (36 times in total - only got through a handful), I've emailed, 'talked' to your virtual assistant and written a long letter detailing numerous issues with communication (ie: lack of) in trying to confirm details of the delivery. I've been given the wrong information, promised someone from management would phone (not happened yet!) and there's still been no reply to the letter sent in early January - almost two months ago. I find your level of customer service is really non-existent. I could not recommend your service and nor would I use it again.

not your fault but the courier came 2 days later than hoped.. for a birthday..and they just left it on the edge of the porch, didn't ring the doorbell, so glad that no one took it and that I eventually saw it sitting there.

No communication that the hamper wouldn’t make it for same day delivery, although I paid extra for that service. No communication of receipt of order, and no communication when it would be delivered. Arrived two days after my partners birthday. Communication only began after two unanswered emails and I had to make a phone call. Poor service.

They have packed the items well and it was beautiful. All the items were great. Highly recommended them.

The delivery was quick

Hamper was ordered in the 4th Feb and I got an email the same day saying it was shipped. Hamper was going from their CBD location to another Melbourne CBD location. The shipping / tracking has never been updated one time, there is no phone number for the shipping company and they dint respond to their online communication forms. I have also tried to call Gift Hampers Melbourne at least 7 times in the last few days to see where my hamper is and no one answers the calls. So much stress for a hamp

Nothing delivered!

Package I paid for and ordered never arrived. Embarrassing that the gift never came as now the person thinks we forgot and have made it all up that we bought something. I chose this company as it looked really good everything was easy to order and complete, just devastating that you never delivered the goods.

Very disappointed with their after sales service. The hamper arrived late and now almost 2 weeks after ordering the hamper their most recent email said it was now out for delivery ???? Takes days to get any response to phone calls or emails

I found the online assistant a little tricky, kept linking the incorrect hamper - then the hamper when correct - I couldnt order - so jumped off the assistant and ordered without that

The experience could have been better - it wasn't super clear that you were going to deliver on the date I had requested, and then I received confirmation it had been sent, well before I had requested it. . . so it was a bit confusing. Overall, the person receiving the gift loved it, and that's the important thing :)
