Hat did not fit and I tried to return in the same condition and packaging as I bought it and they denied my return. Then, they ignored the reply I sent via email. Unfortunate because I love supporting Christian brands. Might be a good idea to change this policy in the future. The fitting of hats is different from most other clothes, and if you can’t try it on before buying it you can’t know.
