I like Monica's attitude better because she's more helpful. Barry is too brusque and impatient to be of much help to his customers. As for the merchandise, I've purchased several items. The full shearling is pretty decent but the down and shearling hybrids are a rip off. The shearling strips on the hybrids are way too thin to last - they'll dry out in no time. And because of that, the fur on those hybrid coats fall off very easily. The full down coats are ok, but still not substantial enough.

Very good customer service. I would suggest that the packing could be improved - the protective cardboard insert that is designed to protect the coat when cutting packing tape to open the box had completely slipped away from the cut line. Fortunately I was very careful!
