I had a delay in my proof and I had not noticed the email sent because I do all my correspondence via text or call. I suggest that option be added to the customer contact preference. I had to request a re-do on the image because it looked awful. It looked like her face was not lined up with the neck. The re-do was performed and it wasn't perfect but I don't think is was supposed to look exactly like my gorgeous girlfriend. I accepted it & paid the total purchase.
