I got this backpack as a gift for Christmas and this WHOLE $200+ purchase has been awful. Mistake after mistake. The backpack organizer came with a HUGE tear in it so it hasn’t even been used yet, and I was missing items, and the “re-do” order is STILL incorrect. Beware you don’t get what you order!
