Your Customer Service experience is awful! I bought your top line and most expensive suitcase station fell apart. The first time I used it and continued to slowly fall apart throughout the week at this point glue has undone from materials. Wheels have fallen off legs have not stayed extended, and the whole thing has collapsed. Sent Customer Service photos and videos haven’t heard back from them yet. But on the other hand, I also purchased a duster in lime yellow, and I absolutely love it!
