I placed an order based on the product images, description, and the advertised terms and conditions, including the option for a free return. However, after receiving the package, I was very disappointed with the quality and condition of the item. The product does not match how it was promoted and advertised, and it is not as described. I followed the return instructions provided and submitted a request to return the item, but I have not received any response or feedack.

Received the bag last week. The quality seems fine, will find out more on my upcoming trip. However the customer service is not up to the mark. The bag arrived without the gifts advertised (6 packing tubes and only 1 bag tag instead of2). When I contacted the team they stated they facing a supply issue and can send the gifts in the coming weeks. So for those of you haven’t received the promised gifts try following up on it. The only thing I found was missing were the instructions to set the locks. I also accidentally cut the rain protection while unpacking the suitcase. I would not put it around the suitcase but rather fold it inside when shipping

Zero customer service, this company does not stand by its returns policy. They take your money then deliver but do nothing if you want to process a return. They try to email you trying to give you more discounts but do not collect your return or seem to not want to return your hard earned money. Very disappointing and I would have expected at least a little bit of integrity.
