Portraits came with brush strokes missing exposing a blue background on yellow labs, I had 4 different dogs done and they all were the same, an obvious flaw and overlooked by any if any quality control, the website only displays 5 star reviews but I’m sure this is common, slow to ship, packaging was really bad, the portraits were scuffed and unprotected wrapped in plastic and thrown in a box, not even bubble wrap between the portraits, very disappointed with this service
