Beware the returns process – as a UK resident my options were to return the product to an address in the US at my risk and expense, or an offer of a 75% refund without the need to return. I begrudgingly took the latter and will donate to charity but I wish Enzo Cavalli were more up front with their policy in this regard and had they have been I would not have ordered.
