I was extremely disappointed with the Queen tape face mask. I ordered three boxes—two in Crown Blush and one Original. Based on the name *Crown Blush*, I expected at least a subtle tint on the lips, but that wasn’t the case at all. Unfortunately, the product left my lips feeling very dry and dehydrated while wearing it. There was no moisture, oil, or noticeable hydration provided. Overall, this did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it to others.

I was able to order and pay no problem. However, the address on my order was somehow missing my street and ZIP Code which is odd. Regardless the order was returned to you all weeks ago. No one has reached out to get this corrected nor have they refunded my money. I have emailed customer service twice with no answer. I would like either a refund or the item shipped back out. Unfortunately, this product caused significant skin irritation and actually ripped my skin upon removal. I purchased a 3-month supply and contacted Queen Tape to return the two unopened months well within their stated 30-day return window. Despite multiple attempts to reach customer service, I have received no response. The lack of follow-up and customer support is extremely disappointing, especially given the adverse skin reaction.- update Queen tape has reached out and refunded my full amount.
