Had an issue with the airplants essentially dying on arrival. To be fair we had a severe cold snap across the country and crazy weather so shipping took awhile. Jenn was super understanding and is sending me 2 new plants (little heat pack included this time). I'm keeping a close eye out for their arrival. PS the U Tube video is super helpful!
