I wish more options were available in plus size, particularly bath robes. I wish customer service would not close tickets before a resolution has been reached. By the time I would have opportunity to rate the customer service, the ticket would have been closed. To resolve one issue it took 2 months of my initiating communication and several emails. I am greatful the defective items were replaced but I definitely feel like I paid a cost in time spent pursing resolution.
