I have purchased Eileen West nightgowns previously from other retailers. I look for lightweight, short sleeve, cotton, waltz length and non see-through. Recently I've purchased 1. Cotton Modal: med. lightweight 2. Tencel Modal: med. heavy, silky/shiny 3. Cotton Pointelle: Heavy thick stretchy cotton. I'll order the cotton lawn next. Hopefully that will be the lightest and not see-through. All these gowns are high quality.
