Very long time from ordering to receiving the garments. When returning for an exchange, the process was cumbersome. Once the shipper showed the garments delivered to Eileen West it too a long time for them to acknowledge then silence. After quite some time, I texted to find the status. The next day it had been "located" and suddently was shipped. Still took quite a while to receive. i will never order directly again - I will use a retailer.
