The people were very friendly but I ordered the wrong size and discovered it about 10 minutes after i made the order online. There was no way to correct the order and no explanation why. I had to wait til it arrived. The go through process if returning and order again this took lots of time. There could be a program for changing your order. It would save the company money and postage. Other sites do this.

Would like to see more dark floral colors. Years ago when Eileen West still had the embroidered logo on the inside neckline, I had a black w/pink roses cotton knit gown & had it for 10-15 years, til it finally wore out! I still think about it :)
