Horrible. Excited to get the first box. Only to get another one just like it. Then to be told I was not supposed to get the first one. Then got a text saying another one was coming. Have yet to see that but paid way more than the subscription that I signed up for to get this special box that has NOT come. Frustrating, waste of my time going back and forth. I WANT this box. But have cancelled only because CS went back and forth and back and forth with me.
