NiceBeam was super easy to work with. I was looking for FDA approved device with dual wavelength LEDs. It wasn't clear how many LEDs were in the mat and I sent a chat question and recieved an email later that night after the Rep checked with her team. From that I made the decision to purchase. There are a lot of options on the market - some priced higher and some lower but there are not many options in the price range that FDA approved. This was important to me.
