This bowl arrived late and completely wrecked—caved in, dented, and unusable. I sent a photo and requested a refund or replacement immediately. No response. No acknowledgment. Just silence. For a product marketed around comfort and hydration, this was a complete failure. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. If zero stars were an option, I’d choose it without hesitation.

Not happy with my experience at all. The address on the website listed an address in Miami FL which is only a two hour drive from me then the tracking information was from China! I threw both items away. I didn't think it was worth the trouble of trying to get a refund because it would have cost me a small fortune to return both items to China! Not a good experience at all.
