I had a problem with the order and communication. I ordered a 14 mm paddle, my order was taken, credit card was charged, but no response on when the paddle would be shipped, I had to email to find out that the 14 mm paddle was not available...there was no customer service to let me know this and when they offered me a 16 mm replacement I agreed, but communication was not good and I again had to email to find out what was going on and when it would ship.. Customer service needs to be much better
