It’s really frustrating that you charge your customers to pay for returns instead of giving us free return labels. I live in California, so to return a package to Florida would cost me at least $10. That’s already nearly half the cost of the ears, especially since you don’t give full refunds/deduct a few dollars if we wish to return.
