DHL never delivered the donuts. They said they were delivered to our safe place as requested but what they delivered was an unrelated John Lewis box which happened to be on the same DPD van. Then they took the donuts back to the depot where they've been since Wednesday Now they're saying they won't deliver them as they're perishable. Please could you arrange a replacement
