The ordering experience and communication was good and doughnuts were well packaged and delivered on the chosen day. Sadly the doughnuts were very disappointing, although reheated following the provided instructions the the inside became soft and moist but the outside remained hard , almost like a Yorkshire pudding. I don't think the product justifies the price.
