Because the product is so good, I can understand why inventory may be low and it takes a while to receive the product. But, form a customer satisfaction perspective, this is something the company will need to address, because my fear is that I will have to look for an alternative, simply because I don't want to have gaps in time, when using the products. For example I placed an order on 12/21 and today is 1/24 and I still have not received my order. The customer service is excellent, but the delayed delivery really puts a damper on the experience. I think this is a great company and would hate to see them lose customers just because it takes so long to get the product delivered.
