Ordering was a breeze. Was concerned the shipping was going to take an inordinate amount of time (China, customs, etc.). But was pleasantly surprised by shipping speed.

The tracking was poor, but I'm getting used to that. It may have taken the "slow boat from China", but it arrived in great shape and in a reasonable time.

as I’ve said, the product is very very good. The customer service is outstanding. Try one battery pack if you don’t wanna go for the more expensive three pack with a charging station you won’t be disappointed.

I like the fact it doesn’t overheat and the size. But the charging capacity ruins the value.

Please replace my malfunctioning 10K power bank.

The tracking number never actually worked. While dealing with support, emails were often answered by the head of marketing, which was a nice personal touch but not always efficient.
